A possible solution is to let the women earn the respect of the men to move higher in ranking. According to the article it says that women with a higher a rank are usually meaner to soldiers than men are. Another possible solution is to just start treating women like regular soldiers like the others.
Educate all service members in the same manner so that they are all prepared for the same duties.

he solution i propose is to let the women in the military earn their rank and the respect from others. There's really not one law that can force men to respect women or to let them out onto the battlefield. Also new technology, fresh attention to inclusive leadership styles, and societal attitudes all favor a greater role for women in the top ranks.

Women will now be have equal standings as the men do. Discrimination not allowing women to do certain aspects in the military will be lifted
